Stacey Clement (Melanie), a San Diego resident, is a recent graduate of the SDSU theatre department. Theatre roles include Leonora in The Long Christmas Dinner at the Quentin Crisp Theatre in Hillcrest, Daphne in Lysistrata at the Don Powell Theatre, Phoebe in the musical The Happiest Girl in the World at the Don Powell Theatre, Rifkele in People vs. The God of Vengeance at the Streisand Festival 2000, Hannah in Asher's Command at the Streisand Festival 2000, Fairy in The Skriker at the SDSU Experimental Theatre, The Maiden in David Mamet's The Frog Prince at the SDSU Experimental Theatre, and the role of Cindy in the original Legacies: Voices of Women and Men play performed at the Actor's Alliance Festival. Clement also has been in several film productions at SDSU.
Lindsay Block (Cindy) is a recent arrival to Southern California. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she has lived in Los Angeles for about a year. Lindsay recently closed the world premiere musical Vampire Virgins From Venus at the Hudson Theatre, where she performed the roles of Barbella and Aerial. Regional credits include St. Joan, A Christmas Carol, and Gray's Anatomy at the American Conservatory Theatre. She has worked extensively in Tokyo, Japan and was honored to perform at the National Theatre. She can be seen in the upcoming independent feature Waiting For Wood. Block is a graduate of Brandeis University and trained with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London.
Max Macke (Brad), a Grossmont College student, has been studying acting since he was five. Macke says he was inspired by the John Wayne and Elvis Presley movies his father forced him to watch, until he eventually started to like them. An enthusiastic high school thespian, Macke acted in 17 productions during his four years in high school. He was nominated for an "Eastie" award, given by the East County community theatres, for his portrayal of Buckley in Father of the Bride at Lamplighters Community Theatre in La Mesa in 1998, and in 1997, won the Aubrey award for best actor in a musical, given by San Diego's Associated Community Theatres, for his portrayal of Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof at Granite Hills Youth Summer Stock, becoming the first actor in 36 years to receive a perfect score from the judges.
Ben Naasz (Johnny) was born in Manhattan, Kansas and earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in theatre from Shenandoah University in Virginia. Naasz' theatre roles include John in Jesus Christ Superstar, Valentine in Two Gentlemen of Verona, and Dan in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. He also played Tom Sawyer in the national tour of Tom Sawyer with American Theatre Arts for Youth, and Jason in It's A Grand Night for Singing with Shenandoah Theatre Ensemble. Naasz' television and film credits include The Route for Bacigalupi Productions, Blockers for McGarr Productions the lead role of Tobias in Good Company for Presidio Pictures. Naasz lives in Los Angeles.
